Hi, I’m Regina

Entrepreneur. Writer. Strategist. Educator. Enemy of the Average.

Rooted in the Work You Do

Before I was building frameworks for other businesses, I was a decorative artist. Starting in 2000, my days were defined by paint, plaster, glazes, and murals. I spent my time on scaffolding and focused on the precise, physical work of bringing a vision to life. My business reached six figures because I treated marketing with the same precision as my art.

I began blogging in 2007 and quickly realized that digital marketing was the future of our industry. I was there for the early days of social media, learning how to connect with an audience long before it became a standard practice. That deep dive into the digital world changed everything. It allowed my business to remain resilient during industry shifts and opened doors to work I never expected.

For over 15 years, I have worked at the intersection of trades and marketing. National brands and local retailers hired me to manage their strategy and speak at conferences because they saw that I understood both the product and the person using it. Today, I use that experience to support the people I know best. I am here to make sure your business is as well-built as the projects you bring to life.

Whole-Brain Strategy for Design and Build

In our industry, we are often told we have to choose: be the artist or be the business owner. I have found that your work is at its best when your creative side and your organized side are in constant conversation.

I named this practice Right Brain Loves Left because I believe that order is not here to stifle your creativity, it is here to protect it. When the backend of your business is handled, you finally have the room to do the work you are so good at.

For the Makers, the Builders, and the Brands

I speak the language of the job site and the showroom. My clients are professionals who value quality and understand that a good result depends on a solid foundation.

  • The Skilled Trades: Whether you are a painter, a plumber, a wallpaper installer, or a cabinetry specialist, I understand the rhythm of your days. I help you build the backend framework that keeps your projects and your marketing on track without the late-night stress.

  • The Product Brands: For the makers of paint, plaster, tools, and finishes, I help you connect your products with the people who use them. We create strategies that reflect the quality of what you manufacture.

  • Industry Organizations: I partner with trade associations and non-profits to bring practical, grounded marketing education to our community.

“Being an entrepreneur has its challenges, including having too many irons in the fire. Regina listens to my thoughts, and I always feel heard. She then helps me stay focused by suggesting processes to determine which areas to prioritize and how to spend my time wisely...and we laugh a little along the way. I plan to have her teach her techniques at our art center!”

Conversations on the Work and the Business.

Marketing and workflows are better discussed over a real conversation than a slide deck. I have been honored to join various industry podcasts and stages to talk about how we can make our businesses run better without losing the human touch.

Below, you can watch a guest spot or listen to a conversation about how I help professionals find more space in their schedules and more order in their days.
