The Why Behind It All

People who are right-brained are said to be more creative, intuitive, and imaginative. Those who are left-brained are thought to be more analytical, factual, and logical.

Our brain has incredible potential - we are given the gift of both. The brain, and your work, are at their best when your right and left side skills collaborate.

I want you to walk away astonished at how better processes can help you solve problems faster, manage your marketing with greater ease, and even find more time for yourself. My mission is to provide effective, efficient, and enjoyable solutions for those who struggle with the time management of their small business projects, goals, and marketing.

Background

I started a decorative artist career in 2000. I painted murals, ornamental designs, and stenciled patterns on all manner of surfaces. I told myself that I wasn’t good at math and logic - I really leaned into the right brain artist idea. I then had an a-ha moment. I ran my business in an organized manner: managed finances, produced proposals, created strategic processes, and utilized math daily to calculate square footage and product inventory. I used my left brain every day! I realized that many of us tell ourselves we are right or left brained - and yes, we might think we lean one way over the other - but we have the capability of both.

A background in marketing came in handy during the 2007 recession. Since the hospitality and commercial markets were affected, I pivoted my business to marketing for the lifestyle, home, and paint industries to great success. I’ve since expanded to other creative industries. Through my experiences with companies small and large, I’ve not only strengthened their marketing and project management, but I’ve also recognized how using the full strength of your right and left brain skills can enhance all aspects of your life, including your business.

“Being an entrepreneur has its challenges, including having too many irons in the fire. Regina listens to my thoughts, and I always feel heard. She then helps me stay focused by suggesting processes to determine which areas to prioritize and how to spend my time wisely...and we laugh a little along the way. I plan to have her teach her techniques at my studio!”
