A Mastermind group is a small but powerful collective of like-minded individuals coming together to share their experiences, insights, and expertise, all with a common goal – to achieve success. In this collaborative environment, members discuss their goals, wins, and challenges, as well as provide support, accountability, and innovative solutions to help each other overcome roadblocks, explore new ideas, and make strides toward their business objectives.

How it Works and FAQs
The Summer 2024 GoalMinds Mastermind Group:
It is a 3-month season with a small, select group of creative small business owners.
The summer season begins July 9, 2024, and ends September 23, 2024.
The cost is $525 per person.
Weekly Video Zooms are on Monday evenings from 7 p.m. - 8:30 pm EST.
Regina Garay hosts the calls (with cameras on). The meetings are recorded and provided to the group members. Please note that we will consider the members’ schedules and adjust the meeting day and time if necessary.
GoalMinds documents and worksheets will be provided to the season’s members.
A private WhatsApp group for the members will be set up to ask questions, provide feedback, hold each other accountable, and encourage and support one another throughout the duration of the Summer 2024 GoalMinds group.

What if I don’t have a small business yet?
GoalMinds is tailored for individuals with small business experience who are looking to enhance their strategies, refine their goals, and collaborate with peers to drive success. While GoalMinds might not be suitable for someone not yet in business, we may host another mastermind at a future date that might be a right fit for you.
How many members are in the group?
To ensure a close-knit and impactful community, we limit the number of members to no more than 4-8 individuals per season, plus the host. This intentional small-group size allows for deeper connections, more personalized interactions, and a focused, supportive environment where every member's goals and challenges can be addressed effectively.
What if I can’t make a meeting?
We understand that life can get busy, and an unexpected commitment may arise. If you're unable to attend a meeting, we've got you covered. All our meetings are recorded and made available to members afterward. This means you can catch up on what you missed at your convenience.
Will I get 1-on-1 custom coaching with Regina?
Regina will host each session and share knowledge, but will not provide direct 1-on-1 coaching. GoalMinds Mastermind group is structured as a peer-led community where members collaborate and support each other collectively. The collaborative approach fosters a dynamic learning environment where you can benefit from multiple perspectives, strategies, and insights to help you reach your goals.
Can I connect with other members?
We encourage members to stay connected and collaborate outside of our regular meetings. Between sessions, you can engage in discussions, share resources, and connect with peers. Networking opportunities and partnerships often stem from these interactions.
What is the pricing structure for GoalMinds?
Our pricing for the Summer 2024 season is $525. This special rate provides an affordable entry point for small business owners seeking to join our community of like-minded entrepreneurs.
As we continue to evolve and expand, the pricing will be adjusted for future seasons.
My Personal Story
At a crossroads in my small business journey, I craved a fresh perspective to make informed decisions. Hearing about Mastermind groups from various sources, I sought out my first one with the help of a mentor. It was an investment, both financially and with time. Despite the initial hesitation, I took the leap.
Within the group, each member brought unique services, products, and strengths. Together, we became a powerful source of knowledge and insights. We discussed challenges, celebrated wins, and shared goals. From marketing strategies to pricing structures, we tackled critical decisions as a team. Our shared goal was simple: to witness each other's success.
Soon enough, I started experiencing significant progress and success in my own endeavors. The invaluable feedback and support from my fellow masterminds propelled me beyond my expectations. To this day, I remain an active member, faithfully gathering with them weekly.
However, another feeling emerged—a deep longing to share this transformative experience with others. I wanted to pay it forward and provide the same generosity and guidance that made all the difference in my own journey. As I created the program, my Mastermind family stood behind me every step of the way.

To apply, you must fill out the form below and pay a $250 application fee.
(The fee will be applied to the cost of the program if you are accepted and refunded if you are not.)
Once you fill out the form, the Application will redirect you to the Shop to provide the application fee.
We aim to field a diverse set of small business strengths and ensure the small group is a good fit.
