GoalMinds
It’s the Small Group Method that Gets Big Goals Done.
Seasonal Mastermind Groups for Small Business Owners.
Intentional Action. Shared Insight. Collective Strategy.
For most small business owners, busy is the default. You have the talent and the drive, and the projects that grow your business (pivots, course launches, website updates) keep getting pushed aside to make room for everyone else's needs. Your ideas deserve more than a notebook.
GoalMinds is a seasonal small-group mastermind built to drive your goals forward. Four to six small business owners come together for twelve weeks to share resources, tools, and experience. With the accountability and insight of a real peer group around you, projects move from the someday list to the done list, and the momentum you've been working for finally shows up.
What We Solve Together
GoalMinds is where we move past the daily to-do list to focus on the work that changes your business. These are the projects that get neglected when you're working alone.
Our members have used this group to navigate:
Marketing & Visibility: Building a marketing engine you can keep up with.
Business Pivots: Shifting directions or modernizing a long-standing business model with confidence.
New Revenue Streams: Building and launching online courses, memberships, or digital resources.
Strategic Growth: Navigating high-level changes such as finding a new physical location or refining overall business strategies.
Modernizing Operations: Updating websites and integrating the right tools to finally streamline your workflow.
AI & Modern Tools: Figuring out which AI tools help your business, how to use them without losing your voice, and what's worth ignoring.
Whether you need a sounding board for a new idea or the accountability to finally finish a goal you've been carrying for months, the room has what you need.
GoalMinds is for established small business owners ready to move from planning to action. The strength of a mastermind comes from the collective experience of its members, so I curate each group with care.
This group is for you if:
You are an established owner. You have been in the trenches of entrepreneurship and have the experience to both give and receive feedback.
You value progress over perfection. You know the perfect time doesn't exist, and you'd rather move forward than wait for it.
You are proactive. You are eager to engage with a community of peers and can dedicate the necessary time each week to focus on your business growth.
You embrace accountability. You are ready to lead your own success while supporting the progress of everyone else at the table.
You're paying attention to what's changing. AI, new tools, shifts in your industry. You'd rather understand what's coming and work it into your business than be caught off guard by it.

This experience helped me accomplish my goals and propelled my business to a whole new level. Regina is the best. Her guidance, insight and support were invaluable. All the group participants were also absolutely amazing.”
Juanita Perdomo
Owner, WallsArt
"I loved my time in the GoalMinds group. Regina was a fantastic leader, and the entire group was incredibly helpful in moving forward with my goals. One of the best benefits was the ability to bounce ideas off other creatives and small business owners, and to receive knowledgeable feedback on my questions or problems. Regina kept the group moving in a structured way, but there was never any pressure or negativity. The support, love, and gratitude were abundant.
The biggest benefit for me was the clarity—having the opportunity to hear other people's thoughts on my ideas or to talk through my thoughts with a very tuned-in group of people. It helped me navigate potential roadblocks and identify areas where I was lacking, such as time management and goal setting. Am I blocking enough time? Are my goals attainable? Am I measuring them appropriately?
I would absolutely encourage anyone looking to boost their business, or learn something new, to join this group. A big thank you to Regina and everyone in my GoalMinds group—it was so valuable for me in moving forward professionally and personally. Highly recommend!"

The Story Behind GoalMinds
There was a moment in my business journey when I realized grit alone wasn't enough to reach the next level. I was at a crossroads. I had the drive, but I didn't have the outside perspective that only comes from a trusted inner circle.
At the urging of a mentor, I joined my first mastermind. I had reservations about the time and the cost. That group became the turning point in my business. We didn't just talk about business. We worked on the actual architecture of it: marketing, pricing, positioning, decisions about what to build and what to stop doing. Challenges that felt heavy when I carried them alone became lighter when shared by a room of peers who understood the stakes.
The progress I experienced was bigger than professional growth. It was a fundamental shift in how I ran my business. That's exactly why I founded GoalMinds.
Today, GoalMinds is a community built for small business owners who know they're capable of more. It's a space for growth, high-level learning, and shared achievement. I built this table because when the right people come together, the work moves.
The Season Details
The Winter 2027 Season runs for 12 weeks, from January through April 2027. Each week, we meet for 90 minutes on Zoom to sharpen your focus, solve immediate bottlenecks, and build real momentum on your most important business goals.
Investment: $750 for the Winter 2027 season.
The Process: Secure your spot with a $250 application fee. This fee is credited toward your total investment once you are placed in a group. Because a group works best when the people around the table fit together, the alignment call is a two-way conversation. If either of us decides this isn't the right fit for you right now, your $250 is refunded in full.
Tools: Gain access to exclusive resources tailored to your journey, including worksheets, guides, and entry to a private support community.
Recording Availability: All sessions are recorded and made available to group members so you can catch up on any missed insights and discussions.
The Schedule: We currently offer one group: Monday 8:00 PM ET. Future seasons in 2027 will add an additional group.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Small business owners who have been at this a while and have a project that keeps sliding. A website that needs rebuilding, pricing that has never been written down, an offer you have been meaning to launch, a system you know would help if you ever had a free afternoon to set it up. You don't have to be at a certain revenue number, and you don't have to show up with answers. If you're wondering whether you're far enough along, apply and let's talk about it. I would much rather hear from you than have you decide on your own that this isn't your room.
-
You do, and it's one of the best parts of the group. Every week there's time on your business, with four or five other owners who have run into some version of what you're facing and can give you honest feedback. You bring your own work, they bring theirs. Over twelve weeks you stop having to explain your business from scratch every time, and the feedback gets sharper because of it. Some weeks you'll have more to bring than others, and a quieter week when things are busy is fine. You don't have to arrive polished either. Most weeks people show up with something half-finished and a question, which is exactly the right thing to bring.
-
We meet for 90 minutes on Zoom. Most weeks have a focus and an exercise, and some weeks we just talk through what everyone is running into, because that's what the group needs that night. There's always time on whatever is in front of you right now. We close by each naming what we're committing to before the next session, which might be finishing something or might be the next real step on a goal that takes the whole season.
-
The 90 minutes, plus whatever your one weekly commitment takes. You set that yourself, and figuring out what fits in a real week is part of what the group helps with.
-
Life happens! Sessions are recorded and shared with the group, so you can catch what you missed. If something bigger comes up, tell me and we'll figure out how to keep you connected.
-
The alignment call is a real conversation, not a formality. We talk through your goals and what you want out of the season, and either of us can decide it isn't the right fit for you right now. If that happens, your $250 comes back in full, and I'll tell you what I would recommend instead. Getting this right matters more to me than filling a seat.
-
That's what the alignment call is for, and it's why I do one with everyone. We talk through what the season asks of you before you commit, so surprises get handled up front rather than in Week 3. Once a season starts, your seat is one of four to six, and the group is built on everyone being there. If something significant comes up in your life, talk to me and we'll work it out together. What I can't do is hold a seat open that someone else would have taken, so I ask that you come in ready to stay.
-
Some goals fit inside twelve weeks. Others, a rebrand, a new revenue stream, a real pivot, need more room than that, and coming back for another season is exactly how members keep that momentum going instead of starting over. It's common for a member to finish one season and take a seat in the next, which is one more reason to apply early if a season interests you. As interest in GoalMinds grows, I'm working toward opening a second group, so there's room for both new members and returning ones.
