Paging Creatives Online Book Club: February 2026 Selection
Paging Creatives readers, prepare for a quieter but deeply moving story centered on art, memory, and connection.
For our February 2026 selection, we’re reading Mona’s Eyes by Thomas Schlesser, a novel set in the Louvre that follows a grandfather and his granddaughter as they walk through the museum together while she is gradually losing her eyesight. Each visit centers on a different work of art, creating space for conversation, reflection, and shared time as her vision fades.
Rather than focusing on ambition or power, this month’s read opens the door to conversations about how we see the world, how art stays with us beyond what is visible, and how relationships are shaped through shared attention and care. Expect a thoughtful, reflective discussion grounded in art, presence, and human connection.
