Spring GoalMinds Mastermind Group for Small Business Owners
If you have goals that matter to you but they keep getting pushed aside by client work, daily demands, or simple exhaustion, you are not alone.
Most small business owners do not struggle with having ideas. They struggle with creating the space, structure, and support that allow those ideas to turn into action.
That is what the Spring 2026 season of GoalMinds is for.
GoalMinds is a three month mastermind group for small business owners who want steady progress on meaningful goals, without pressure, hustle culture, or working in isolation.
This season we will focus on
Setting goals that fit your current life and business
Breaking goals into clear, workable steps
Creating time for consistent progress
Understanding what causes procrastination and stagnation
Learning how to recover when a goal goes sideways
The work is not about doing more. It is about doing what matters, with clarity and support.
How GoalMinds works
I come into each season with a plan.
There are themes I want us to explore, tools I want to share, and a loose arc around how goals tend to unfold over three months.
At the same time, the group itself shapes how that plan unfolds.
Some weeks we focus on learning through short teaching sessions.
Some weeks we slow down into conversation and shared problem-solving.
Some weeks we use the time to work quietly together on real tasks.
I may plan a session in advance and then reframe it based on what the group is actually needing that week.
That balance of structure and responsiveness keeps the work grounded, relevant, and human.
What makes this space different
GoalMinds is not a content program. It is a working group.
It is a space to slow down enough to think clearly. To break big goals into smaller steps. To get perspective from people who understand the realities of running a business. And to stay connected to your goals even when energy dips or life gets complicated.

The group’s collaborative nature and Regina’s expertise have been instrumental in helping me achieve my business goals.”
