In addition to their business journeys on the podcast, here on the blog, we dive into the worlds of our featured entrepreneurs, discovering the multifaceted individuals behind these incredible businesses and gaining a deeper understanding of their passions, interests, and the unique experiences that shape them. Ready to learn more about Mo? Let’s go!

Reading: Currently reading Hostage at the Table by George Kohlreiser. It's about how we hold ourselves hostage without knowing it based on internalized beliefs.

Watching: Apparently, I'm a bit of a romantic! For movies, I love action for a pick-me-up and romantic comedies to feel the feels. I currently have my 16-year-old hooked on Downton Abbey and love the revisit!

Creating: I am currently working on my next challenge to encourage people to join my group coaching program, which helps them lose weight for life without the guilt or deprivation often associated with weight loss!

Exploring: Yoga and Human design are perpetually on my radar for future endeavors, so keep them within arm’s length.

Planning: I have stages and books in the works for Q3 and Q4. I’m continuously brushing up on the latest medical and nutritional data and am working toward that now!

Traveling: I am planning a trip to the UK either this summer or next winter. My daughter is keen but also wants to go when there is snow, so we shall see! I would love to get back to my hometown of Halifax, Nova Scotia, in the next year as well.

I love learning about future plans and goals! I look forward to all that you do, Mo!!

I hope you enjoyed learning about the podcast and our guest, Mo Cooper from Mind Body Soul. Stay tuned for more insightful interviews in the upcoming episodes. Remember, your growth as a small business owner is just a click or a listen away.
