Right Brain Loves Left Podcast with Kristen Toscano

I'm excited to share Episode 4 of my YouTube podcast series featuring interviews with inspiring entrepreneurs. In each episode, I dive deep into various businesses, discussing their tips and resources for fellow small business owners.

The fourth episode is now live on my YouTube channel, featuring the wonderful Kristen Toscano. Kristen is a beacon of energy, fun, and self-sovereignty. As a Quantum Human Design™ Specialist and Alignment Coach, she's dedicated to helping you navigate away from the 'shoulds', embrace fun and energy, and stop taking nonsense from everyone else. Her approach is about empowering you to become your own authority, ensuring you create the life and work of your dreams without succumbing to burnout. I’m so happy to have her as a guest on the Right Brain Loves Left podcast.

Whether you prefer to watch or listen, this podcast series is a treasure trove of knowledge and inspiration for your entrepreneurial journey.

Ready to dive in? Head over to my YouTube channel and enjoy our conversation.

In addition to their business journeys on the podcast, here on the blog, we dive into the worlds of our featured entrepreneurs, discovering the multifaceted individuals behind these incredible businesses and gaining a deeper understanding of their passions, interests, and the unique experiences that shape them. Ready to learn more about Kristen? Let’s go!

  • Reading: I've been reading more fiction as I try to shift my before-bed routine from TV and scrolling on social media to reading to reading. Currently reading Tom Lake by Ann Patchett.

  • Watching: The New Look on AppleTV about designers Christian Dior and Coco Chanel in Paris during WW2. I also recently went to see this year's Oscar Nominated Live Action Short Films.

  • Listening: A mix of When: The Scientific Secrets of Perfect Timing for book club, The Ezra Klein Show podcast for a range of perspectives on current issues, the Dinner with Friends playlist on Spotify while cooking, and Solfeggio frequencies while working, meditating, etc.

  • Creating: A more consistent morning routine that includes more stillness and writing.

  • Exploring: A new way to combine Human Design with the Full Focus System to organize our inner and outer worlds to amplify more intentional direction in our lives and a very practical path to get there.

  • Traveling: One of my favorite things! I travel with my husband, Greg, when he goes on the road with his consulting job. While this has allowed us to travel within the US over the past 5.5 years, we also love international travel and have been to wineries on 5 continents. Our favorite destination so far has been South Africa for the breadth of unique experiences we enjoyed while there for 2.5 weeks.

  • Learning: A fun way to create a personal mission and 10-year vision to guide us down a more intentional life path that I will then be able to guide others through.

  • Doing: Settling into our home. We moved in about 6 months ago and we are finally getting things hung on the walls and solving storage issues. We were initially paralyzed looking for 'perfect' solutions, but now moving into imperfect action.

  • Planning: A celebration with family and friends for my parents' upcoming 50th anniversary.

  • Reflecting: A client recently asked me why I do what I do and it's sent me on a journey to reflect more on my why and how its informed by my values.

I love learning about our guests, and there’s so much here. I’m particularly excited about the book, Tom Lake, and the show, The New Look - thanks for the recommendations, Kristen!

I hope you enjoyed learning about the podcast and our guest, Kristen Toscano. Stay tuned for more insightful interviews in the upcoming episodes. Remember, your growth as a small business owner is just a click or a listen away.
